The Help screen gives you access to additional assistance in using the TurboLeads CRM.
To access your Help screen, log into your iHOUSEweb admin menu, click TurboLeads, then click Help.
The Help screen in the TurboLeads interface gives you access to the following options:
- Help center
Access the online TurboLeads help center where you can find helpful articles and connect with iHOUSEweb’s Elite Service team.
- Send feedback
Send a quick message to the TurboLeads development team right from the app. Your feedback is welcomed and will guide the future development of TurboLeads.
- Take a Walk-through
Create a Training Lead, and take a quick walkthrough that teaches you how to use the application. Cancel the walkthrough at any time by deleting the training lead. You can repeat the walk-through as many times as you’d like.
