Step-by-Step Tutorial: Listing Display Settings 


Welcome! This tutorial will guide you through the Website Admin Settings for Listing Display. When viewing a listing, these settings will adjust how each individual listing will display. This ranges from General details, Badges and Info included on listings, and any additional details to include when viewing a listing’s details. 

Under Website Admin you’ll find Settings in the side menu, clicking settings will expand to show Listing Display. Click Listing Display. Once under Listing Display, the first section is ‘General’. 

1. General
These settings adjust how the general details of a listing will display. 

  • Retain the original aspect ratio of listing photos 

    • When viewing a listing the photos will display in a mosaic. This setting will retain the photo size  in that mosaic rather than attempt to fill the entire frame. 

  • Show acreage in the primary info for residential listings 

    • Bed, Bath, and Square Footage are typically shown near the top of the listing. This setting will include Acreage predominantly near the top as well.

  • Show bed/bath data in the primary info for multi family listings 

    • Specifically for multi family listings- This setting will display bed/bath data on a per unit basis when available

  • For sold listings, show a sold vs. list price comparison 

    • This will display an 'Above' or 'below' list price percentage on sold listings.

  • Show a price reduced icon 

    • This will display a reduced price icon when applicable.

    • "Show price reduced text" will include additional detail to the price reduced icon. .

  • Display bathrooms in the following format 

    • This setting allows you to choose from 3 formats when disclosing bathroom count. The options are:

      • Whole number only (e.g., 3 Baths) 

      • Whole and partial numbers (e.g., 2.5 Baths) 

      • Detailed breakdown (e.g., 2 Full, 1.5 Baths) 

2. Badges
 Badges highlight the status of listings to make their status easily identifiable. 

  • New Badge 

    • A ‘New’ badge will be marked on new listings. Listings are marked “New” if they are within 7 days of being added. 

  • Hide “‘Under Contract’ & ‘Pending’ Badges 

    • ‘Under Contract & Pending badges typically display by default. This setting will hide these badges rather than display them. 

  • For sold listings, include the sold date inside the ’Sold’ badge

    • The sold date does not typically display with the Sold Badge by default, enabling this setting will include the sold date next to the Sold Badge.

3. Results / Listing Cards 
These settings allow you to adjust the square thumbnail images of listings known as Results / Listing Cards. 

  • Feature your listings at the top of relevant search results

    • Listings in your Listing Manager will be shown first when a relevant search is made. 

  • Show your photo on listing cards (for your listings)

    • Listings in your Listing Manager will show your Agent Photo on the Results / Listing Card 

  • Show status on listing cards 

    • Place status badges (e.g., Sold, Pending) on the listing cards for easier status identification in search results. 

4. Listing Details 
These settings adjust the details when viewing an individual listing. 

  • Show Virtual Tours 

    • The photo mosaic of a listing will include a Virtual Tour if available. 

  • Expand the more info section on listing details 

    • The ‘More Info’ section of a listing is not expanded by default and requires “Show More” to be pressed. This expands the ‘More Info’ section by default when enabled. 

  • Show Rent Affordability calculator 

    • Activate this feature to include an affordability calculator on rental listing pages. 

  • Estimated Monthly Payments section 

    • Add estimated payment information on for-sale listings to guide potential buyers.

      • Include a "Get Pre-Approved" Link 

      • Direct users to your preferred lender if desired and if this link navigates there in your current window/tab or a new one.

  • Show A Market Report Section 

    • Dedicate a portion of the listing details page to a market report summary, providing additional context to users. 

  • Show your agent profile 

    • Show your agent profile, including an image, in the side column of the listing details. 

  • Show listing dates

    • will include a list date on the listing details page

  • Show your logo

    • similar to the early option of showing your agent profile- your Logo will be listed in the side column of the listing when enabled

  • Show similar listings Carousel 

    • Add a carousel of similar or relevant listings at the bottom of the listing details page

  • Show printable flyer button 

    • A ‘Print Version’ button will be included on the listing. This will provide a print friendly version of the listing.

  • Show map button

    • will include or exclude the 'view on map' button found in the top right of listings

  • Don't open listing details in modal windows 

    • Checking this box will disable modal overlay windows for listing detail pages- they will instead open as their own full page by default.
