MarketReach uses a specific address to send out email. You can update that address by doing the following:

  1. Log into your MarketReach Account
  2. Click on the Preferences link at the top right corner of the page
  3. Press the Application Preferences button
  4. Press “Edit” beside the E-mail Settings option
  5. Press the “Edit” Button beside the E-mail address
  6. Enter in the new e-mail address
  7. Enter it a second time to verify that you have it correct
  8. Press the Change e-mail address

Watch the mail box in the new e-mail account for the message to confirm that this is a good address. Please be advised that with certain e-mail clients this message is often immediately sent to the Junk mail/ bulk mail.

Once the e-mail is opened and the confirmation is sent the e-mail address in your Market Reach program will be reset and all of the information that is involved will be updated.
