You may only edit custom campaigns. If you want to edit a pre-defined campaign, please clone the campaign first, then edit the cloned copy of the campaign.
In order to edit one of your custom campaigns, please follow these steps:
- Click on “Create & Browse Campaigns”
- Click on “Campaign Explorer”
- Open one of your folders in “My Custom Campaigns”, such as “My Campaigns”
- Click on “View/Edit Campaign”
From here there are several aspects to editing the campaign which are available to you.
On the first page, you have a link to “Edit Campaign Name”. You may also edit, remove, and view any of the eCards or Flyers in the campaign, as well as change the Drip Days or Drip Order. Finally, there is a link to “Add More eCards or Flyers”.
Edit Campaign Name:
This link will take you to a page where you can update the name of the campaign. You can also adjust the description, move the campaign to a different folder, or create an entirely new folder for the campaign.
When you have finished making changes, click on “Update”. You will be taken back to the original Edit Campaign screen, and may make more changes, or simply click “Save Changes” and exit.
eCards and Flyers:
You may make minor changes to eCards directly from the campaign, including changing text and images. However, you will not be able to change the basic format of the eCard. If you want to change the layout or background of the eCard, you will need to create a new eCard and add it to the campaign. Please see edit eCards for more information on editing eCards.
To add new eCards to a campaign, simply click the “Add More eCards or Flyers” button, then open the folder where your eCard is stored and click “Add”. In order to add Property Flyers, you will need to first click the “Property Flyers” tab, then follow the same steps as for eCards.
To change the Drip order, simply click “Change Drip Order” and move your eCards up or down the list to determine the order of delivery. Click “Submit” when finished.
